About Us
As Judge & Priestley continues to thrive, we invite individuals who share our passion for the professional services to join our team and contribute to our continued success and exciting future.
Being one of the largest and oldest solicitors' practices in the South East, we handle a wide variety of legal cases for a diverse clientele. Our experience ranges from international corporations to small local businesses and from first-time homebuyers to seasoned property investors—we’ve done it all.
Throughout this journey, we have established a strong set of values and gained a reputation for our personalised approach to assisting clients with their legal issues and challenges. We ensure that this same commitment to personal service extends to all our employees across our office network in Bromley, Beckenham, Blackheath and Sidcup, regardless of our growth and expansion.
As we continue to strengthen our presence in the legal community, we are on the lookout for passionate professionals eager to be part of our ambitious expansion plans. By joining us, you will benefit from our connections within the local community, the potential for future growth and a friendly, rewarding work environment.
Our personal and pragmatic approach to law provides a focused, diligent and engaging opportunity to challenge yourself and enhance your skills. With our uniquely broad range of specialisations, there are plenty of opportunities for development within the firm. At J&P we are committed to supporting your growth, to excel in your role and as a person.

At Judge & Priestley, we have identified three core values that we strive to exhibit in all our dealings with our clients, suppliers and with ourselves.
These values are Expert, Professional and Friendly.

Professional
We are accountable to our clients, colleagues, and all those with whom we engage to ensure that we are open, transparent and act with integrity in all that we do.
Friendly
Whilst at all times being professional, we will ensure that we are approachable and seek to put those with whom we deal, at ease in their dealings with us.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
J&P has always been committed to ensuring that our firm is a diverse and inclusive place to work, and we seek to tackle and combat any form of discrimination. Our strong ethos applies not only to the way we operate internally but how we interact with any third parties whether they are clients, defendants, or suppliers.

Our Chosen Charities
We have joined forces with 2 charities, Demelza and CALM. Both are truly incredible charities doing amazing work and we couldn’t be prouder to be supporting them.
We run regular events in conjunction with these charities and others local to our office locations and encourage our employees to get involved and support these causes by offering up to 2 days paid leave per annum.

Demelza delivers extraordinary care to extraordinary children facing serious or life-threatening conditions throughout Kent, Southeast London, and East Sussex. They are there for them and their families with expert clinical, emotional, and practical support at every step—from first diagnosis and for as long as needed.
One in five of us will have suicidal thoughts in our life. CALM’s vision is that no one feels like suicide is their only option. But right now, too many people are struggling to see a way forward. Every day in the UK we lose 18 people to suicide. Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), are a suicide prevention charity. They have got loads of tools and resources to help people find the support they need, including a life-saving helpline for people who can’t see a way forward, have lost someone to suicide, or are worried about their friends or loved ones.
